Using Rapid Insert is simple:

Open the Rapid Insert plugin by going to the "Plugins" menu in Figma and selecting "Rapid Insert."Select the source page from where you want to clone the component.

Type in a search query or navigate through the components.

Once you have found the desired component, hit enter to insert it directly onto the current page.

Repeat as needed to quickly prototype your design.
