About this plugin

This plugin exports icons created in Figma in SVG format and adds them to custom symbols in SF Symbols It is compatible with SF Symbols 7, SF Symbols 6and SF Symbols 5.

1. Open a page in Figma with icons you want to make into SF Symbols; icons created as Frames or Components will be exported.
2. Select multiple Frames or Components to be exported and click the "Scan" button in the plug-in window. If no frames or components are selected, all frames and components in the page will be registered for export.
3. Click the "Export" icon to export the SVG file in the SF Symbols 5 format. This SVG files will contain only the following variations size=Small, weight=UltraLight, Regular, Black
4. Add this SVG file to Xcode as an asset and use it as a custom symbol. Through the SF Symbols mechanism, symbols are available for all Weights and Scales.

* Icons should be sized 1:1 aspect ratio, with no fill color applied to the background.
