Beta release notes and limitations

1. You must select a variable collection and a mode from the dropdown menus. The "All variable collections" and "All modes" options are not working yet.
2. The export formats are flat object lists the name in a few format options followed by the actual value (no variable aliases) for each value.
3. More export formats to be added in a future release, including W3C design token standard format
