About this plugin
Type with Figma alphabets. Make your own.
Typecetera lets you type with creative alphabets made in Figma: modular letters, illustrated characters, colorful systems, and experiments that were never meant to become traditional fonts. Try them as words and phrases, explore different styles and sizes, and use them as editable type right on your canvas.
For creators:
Draw your characters in Figma and start typing with them while you’re still making them. You don’t need to finish a font before you can use it. See how your alphabet behaves as type, refine it in context, and take it with you to other Figma files.A full font maker inside Figma: glyph management, ligatures, metrics, kerning, styles, variables, metadata, and a lot moreReady to use: type with your font while you build itEasy to use in other files and share with other peopleAnd unless your font is made of PNGs and drop shadows 🤔, you can export it as OpenType (Beta)
