Stop the tedious process of manually copy-pasting text from your designs. With Content Exporter, you can instantly pull all the text content from your frames into a clean, organized CSV file, ready for spreadsheets, content management systems, or localization tools.

This plugin was designed to be simple, fast, and incredibly powerful, supercharging your workflow whether you're a UX writer, a developer, a localization manager, or a designer preparing content for review.

Smart Selection: Export text from only the frames you have selected, or from every frame on the page if nothing is selected. The plugin automatically adapts to your context.

Include Frame Names: Every line of text in the export is paired with its parent frame's name, so you always know where the content came from.

Live Refresh: No need to close and reopen the plugin. A dedicated status panel shows you how many frames are selected in real-time. Hit the "Refresh" button to re-scan your document at any time.

Responsive & Fast: Built with performance in mind, the plugin provides real-time feedback while scanning and remains responsive even with large files.

Robust CSV Export: Generates a properly formatted CSV file that handles special characters like commas and quotes, ensuring compatibility with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other tools.

How to Use

Run the Plugin: Open the plugin on any Figma page.

Choose Your Scope:

To export from specific frames, simply select them on the canvas. The status panel will update to show your selection count.

To export from all frames on the page, make sure nothing is selected.

Refresh & Export: Click "Refresh" to scan for text based on your current scope. Once the scan is complete and text is found, the "Export to CSV" button will activate. Click it to download your file!
