About this plugin

With FigMax, you can easily convert your vector graphics in Figma to MGraphics code to use with v8ui and jsui objects in Max MSP!

Use Cases:

1. Creating graphics for interactive or audio-visual art with Max MSP
2. Creating Max for Live Devices for Ableton Live

You Can Create:

1. Static vector graphics
2. Interactive vector graphics (using special layer naming method)
3. Frame-by-frame animation which can also be interactive

Code Export Options:

1. Copy to Clipboard
2. Download Javascript MGraphics File (.js)

Tips and Tricks:

1. Flatten or Outline Stroke complex shapes in Figma for more accuracy
2. Reduce the number of vector points on paths/strokes for better code conversions
3. Not supported: complex gradients, patterns or curves (Not all graphics can be converted to MGraphics due to the differences of Figma’s API and the MGraphics drawing code).
