Spotnote - Highlight Sticky Notes and its connectors

Spotnote helps you cut through the noise when working with complex FigJam diagrams.

When you click on a sticky, shape, or label, the plugin dims everything else on the canvas and highlights only the elements directly connected by arrows in both directions. This makes it easier to follow flows, understand context, and stay focused without distractions.

Use controls in the Spotnote panel to see flows upstream, downstream, specific colors on board, etc.

Spotnote is a lightweight tool built to make it easier to work through messy user journeys, brainstorms, or logic maps with lots of overlapping connectors.

⚠️ Note: This plugin affects what all collaborators see on the board. When it's active, the highlighted view is visible to everyone, not just you. (Unfortunately there isn't a way for other collaborators to disable the highlight, so be sure to turn off the plug in after exiting your file or make sure others also have the app open to override your selection. I've implemented an automatic-plugin disable so that if you are collaborating, and you forget to turn off the plugin, it will disarm itself after a set time. )
