We created SS - Text Extract because we produce dense, text-heavy content at Sapiens Sintéticos, and extracting copy from 19+ different slides for newsletters, social captions, and video scripts was painfully manual.

This simple utility plugin does one thing and does it well: it parses your selected Frames or Groups, finds the text layers, and gives you a clean list to export.

⚡ Key Features:

Bulk Extraction: Select multiple frames and get all the text at once.

Layer Filtering: Includes a filter for specific layer naming conventions (e.g., extract only layers containing "text" in the name) — useful if you organize your files like a pro, but works fine if you don't.

Format Options:

Copy to Clipboard: Instant paste into Notion, ChatGPT, or your email tool.

Download .txt: Keep a local backup of your copy.

🛠️ How to use:

Select the Frames or Groups containing text.

Run SS - Text Extract.

(Optional) Toggle the filter if you need specific layers.

Hit "Extract" and choose your export method.
