Find by Font is a Figma plugin that helps you find, analyze, and select text layers by font.

It’s designed for designers who work with complex typography, large files, or shared design systems and need a fast way to understand font usage.

🔍 Find fonts in selection or entire file

Scan:

1. a selected frame, group, or component
2. multiple selected layers
3. or the entire Figma file if nothing is selected

Get a complete list of all fonts used in that scope

🧩 Font usage overview

For each font, the plugin shows:

1. Font family and style
2. Number of text layers using the font
3. Missing fonts, clearly marked

This makes it easy to audit typography and spot issues quickly.

✅ Select text layers by font

1. Use checkboxes to select one or more fonts
2. All text layers using those fonts will be selected on the canvas
3. Works within the previously scanned scope (selection or file)
