OCWA tracks the full lifecycle of your design—from idea to final approval—within the canvas.

Status Flow:

ISSUED – Work is requested.

ACCEPTED – Acknowledged and assigned.

WIP – Work in progress (Max 5 items per person).

RFP – Request for approval.

PAUSE – Provisionally OK / On hold.

FREEZE – Final approval / Safe to ship.

Fixed transitions prevent chaos and maintain consistency.

Comments and assignees help clarify intent at every step.

⚠️ Limits & Billing:

Over-limit Behavior: If you exceed object or seat limits, the plugin enters Read-only mode (editing blocked) until you upgrade or reduce usage.

Missing Objects: Unsynced (deleted) objects still count towards your limit unless removed via Settings.

Billing: Managed securely via Stripe (external).

🛠️ How to Use

1. Install & Sign In Install the plugin and sign in to create your account (Cloud Sync).

2. Initialize (Owner) Select any object and click “Initialize” to start the workflow.

3. Invite Teammates No separate emails needed.

　Share your Figma file with teammates (Edit access).

　Request: When they launch OCWA, they send an "Access Request".

　Approve: Accept them in Settings > Member Management.

4. Collaborate Change statuses (e.g., ISSUED → ACCEPTED → WIP) and track progress on the Dashboard.

OCWA respects your file structure.

Organized: All status badges are generated inside a single, locked root layer (OCWA_OVERLAY_HUD).

Safe: This layer is locked by default to prevent accidental shifts.

Easy Cleanup: If you stop using OCWA, simply delete this one group layer. No "garbage" or scattered elements are left behind in your design hierarchy.

Auth: Secure authentication via Figma account or email.

Sync: Data is synced to the cloud to persist across sessions and users.
