About this plugin
Annotations for Viewer Seats & CSV Export turns native Figma annotations into canvas annotations that anyone can see — including viewer seats and read-only collaborators who can't run plugins or open the Annotations panel.
The generated annotations look and feel like native Figma annotations, so they fit naturally into design reviews, developer handoff, QA passes, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
You can also export annotations to CSV for Google Sheets, QA trackers, localization sheets, copy review, or any spreadsheet workflow — with a one-click Copy option that pastes a rich table directly into Sheets, Excel, or Notion.
Key features:- Clone native annotations into Figma-style canvas labels visible to viewers- Scope to current selection or the whole page- Show, hide, or delete cloned labels without touching the originals- Export annotations to CSV (download) or copy as a rich table (paste-ready)- Optional Frame Link column with a direct URL to each annotated frame- Optional ID column extracted from a leading number (e.g. "12, Button" → ID 12)- Works fully offline — no network access requiredBest for design handoff, developer specs, QA notes, stakeholder review, copy review, localization, and any team that needs Figma annotations visible without edit licenses.
