About this plugin
Contrast Sweep — WCAG contrast auditing that actually resolves the background."Legal says half the UI fails WCAG." Contrast Sweep scans every text layer against whatever actually sits behind it — not an assumed white — and scores WCAG AA/AAA contrast for each styled range, so mixed formatting inside a single layer is checked run by run.
It resolves the real background the way Figma paints it: compositing every earlier sibling, card, and parent fill — with alpha and gradients — up the layer tree, finishing on the page background. Failures are ranked worst-first, each with its true ratio, the threshold it needs, and a live preview of the failing colour pair.
One click nudges the failing text (or its fill) to the nearest passing value — non-destructively: it keeps the hue and saturation and only shifts lightness, applied surgically to the failing range so nothing else moves.
Pro: auto-fix an entire page in one pass, and export a shareable audit sheet — a real table of every failure, drawn straight onto a new page.• Real resolved backgrounds — solids, gradients, nested cards, transparency• Per-range WCAG AA/AAA scoring with correct large-text rules• Worst-first ranking with live contrast previews• One-click, non-destructive, hue-preserving colour repair• Pro: whole-page auto-fix + exportable audit sheet
