About this plugin
AccessAI scans a selected frame, component, or page for common WCAG 2.2 Level AA issues — text and non-text colour contrast, touch target size, and possibly-missing accessible labels — and grounds every recommendation in the real WCAG guidelines.
For each issue you get a plain-language explanation of why it matters, the WCAG criterion it relates to, and an AI-generated recommendation with ranked alternatives, a confidence level, and trade-offs. Preview a fix on a disposable copy before committing to anything, adjust the exact values (colour, size, padding) with live pass/fail feedback, or ask follow-up questions in the built-in AI chat.
Track your accessibility score and issue history across scans, and export a shareable report as a PDF, concise design notes, or a developer handoff file with WCAG references.
AccessAI is a heuristic assistant, not an automated compliance certifier — it flags what it can reliably detect from Figma's own data and always leaves the final decision to you.
