About this plugin
You spend a week on a cover at 3000x3000, it goes live, and in the app it's a 56-pixel square next to the title, with the words gone. Podcast Cover Check shows you that in Figma, before you upload.
Select your cover frames and click Preview and check. Next to each frame you get the cover at the three sizes people meet it: a list row, a grid tile and the player screen. Then the checks:
Square, the shape Apple Podcasts and Spotify ask forAt least 1400 px, and the export scale that gets you to 3000x3000, the size Apple listsA solid background, because Apple rejects covers with transparencyText sitting on an edge, where Apple lays the play button, labels and offersHow small your smallest text ends up in a grid tile and a list rowThe sizes come from Apple's and Spotify's own pages, and the plugin shows the date they were last checked. The three preview sizes are the plugin's own, roughly where covers show in podcast apps.
