Casecut — motion case videos, directed by AI

Casecut turns a finished design into a short motion video you can post as a case study — without opening a motion tool.

How it works1. Open the plugin, tick a frame, press Animate.

2. The frame opens in Casecut (casecut.app) with every layer on its own.

3. An AI director studies the design and writes a storyboard for it: where the camera stays, what leads each section, which button gets pressed, the title, colours and sound.

4. Watch it, then just tell the AI what to change — "shorter", "stay longer on the numbers", "press only the main button" — or fine-tune on the timeline.

5. Export MP4 in 16:9, 4:5 and 9:16.What makes it different- It reads your layers. Text, images, cards and buttons move separately — not a flat screenshot sliding around.- A cursor that behaves like a person. It presses real buttons, cards react on hover, the camera pushes in.- Sliders and states. Slides hidden behind a clipped frame and component variants (open / closed, hover) come along, so an arrow really slides and a card really opens.- Sound included. Music and interface sounds are composed for each video and synced to every move.- Works on any Figma plan. No links, no API limits, no prep.

Your file stays as it isOnly the frames you pick are sent. To render a clean background the plugin makes a temporary copy of the frame and removes it right away — your design is never changed.
